FITNESS CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CARDIO CROSS TRAINING

This is a multi level cardio class with out fluff! Effective power moves are used to keep your heart racing, and your body moving, burning calories. Plyometrics are often used to build power and strength. The class finishes with resistance training and stretching

INDOOR BOOTCAMP

Combine the circuit class with the interval class and you get BOOTCAMP. No holding back!! One hour of intense intervals, military style!! Modifications are shown for the enthusiastic beginner.

INTERVAL STRENGTH

Using free weights, the ball, the bosu and bands, all the major muscle groups are targeted. Using the 90 second theory, we fatigue the muscle, then integrate 90 seconds of cardio intervals with no rest. Come fueled up ... you will surely need the energy for this class.
CARDIO KICKBOXING

This class is the ultimate one for those of you who want to step up to a fun and exciting new level of fitness, while learning skills that will bring out your inner ninja. The class is of very high intensity and touches on all the elements of fitness that you could be yearning for: flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, strength and eye-hand coordination. The class is geared to accommodate both the experienced practitioner as well as making a brand new beginner feel right at home. Bring your enthusiasm and a smile.

30 MINUTE CIRCUIT

Stations are set up around the studio using spin bikes , skipping ropes, steps, bands and weights. Quickly moving from one station to the other, with cardio intervals, You are certain to work up a good sweat in this 30 minute class.
